1. Scope
This policy explains how we handle personal data when you use our website and, in particular, when you submit the Contact Form or make a payment for our services.
2. Data we process
- Contact form: name, email, company (optional), and message.
- Basic technical data (security): IP address, user agent/browser, referrer URL, timestamp, and reCAPTCHA v3 score.
- Accounts and service content (SaaS, when applicable): account data, authentication, and any content you upload to the app; stored and processed in Supabase (see §4).
- Payments: the data strictly necessary to process the transaction are handled by the payment processors listed in §4 (Payments Annex), e.g., transaction identifiers, amount, currency, account email, and transaction status. We do not store card data; the operation takes place through the provider’s gateway.
Maps / Autocomplete (if enabled): when you use an address field or map, we send your query to Google Maps Platform (Places API) for suggestions and geocoding. Google may receive the text you type, your IP, and technical data (e.g., user agent). See §4 and Google Maps Annex.

- Service communications: name and email address for sending transactional emails (e.g., confirmations, account notices, or subscription notifications) and important messages related to the platform’s security or operation. We do not run continuous marketing campaigns.
3. Purposes and legal bases
To respond to your inquiry and maintain the conversation thread.
Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a), expressed through the form checkbox.
Fraud and spam prevention (e.g., Google reCAPTCHA v3).
Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).
Compliance with legal obligations and responses to authorities’ requests.
Legal basis: legal obligation (art. 6.1.c).
Provision of the service (SaaS, when applicable): to create/manage your account and operate the app’s functionalities.
Legal basis: performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b).
Sending transactional emails and important notices: we use contact data only to send essential operational information related to your account or the service (e.g., confirmations, reminders, alerts, or changes to Terms or Policies).
Legal basis: performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b) or legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f) when the message is necessary for the service’s operation and security.
4. Recipients / Data Processors
We work with providers acting as data processors to host the site and send emails. The main ones are:
- Hosting / Infrastructure: Webempresa (Spain).
- CMS & Forms: WordPress + Elementor (self-managed on our hosting).
- Email/SMTP: Hosting email service used to send/receive form messages.
- Anti-spam security: Google reCAPTCHA v3 (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC).
Database and authentication (SaaS): Supabase (Supabase, Inc.), project region: East US (Ohio) — us-east-2.
Maps / Address Autocomplete (when applicable): Google Maps Platform (Places API) — Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC. Purpose: address suggestions, geocoding, and maps.
- Transactional email: Postmark (ActiveCampaign, LLC, USA), acting as processor for sending operational emails and service notifications. Purpose: reliable delivery of transactional emails and important notices. Processed data include email address, technical identifiers, and delivery logs. We do not use marketing functions or open-tracking.
Payments Annex (Independent Controllers)
For billing, we redirect the transaction to:
- Mercado Pago (Argentina).
- PayPal (international).
- Stripe (international).
Each acts as an independent data controller. We do not store your card data.

5. International Transfers
If part of the processing involves providers outside your country or outside the EEA/EU, we adopt appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses – SCCs) and complementary measures where applicable. You may contact us for information about the guarantees applied to each provider.
Data handled through Postmark are processed in the United States under the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and additional security measures implemented by the provider.
6. Retention
Inquiries: up to 12 months from the last contact, unless there is a legal obligation or claims.
Security technical logs and transactional emails: up to 12 months for traceability and compliance purposes.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR/EU, UK GDPR, Brazil LGPD, California CCPA/CPRA), you may exercise: access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction, portability and—where the legal basis is consent—withdraw consent without retroactive effect.
To exercise your rights, write to hello@rinblest.com. If you are in the EU/EEA, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

For informational emails or service notifications, you can write to hello@rinblest.com if you wish to stop receiving them, except for those that are essential to provide the service.
8. Cookies
We use necessary cookies for the functioning of the site and, if enabled, analytics/measurement or marketing cookies.

9. Minors
Our services are not directed to minors under 13 years (or 16 in the EU, depending on legislation). If you believe a minor has provided us with data, contact us so we can delete it.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (TLS encryption, access controls, CMS/plugin updates, backups, security event logging).
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version will always be the one published on this page. We will indicate the last updated date.

Annex A — reCAPTCHA v3
This site is protected by reCAPTCHA v3 and the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service of Google apply. The technology evaluates interactions by assigning a score to detect abusive activities; we use that data exclusively for security purposes.
